So, I’ve pretty much moved this blog to http://thebananadoc.wordpress.com/ Still need to sort out hosting and work out how to use wordpress — my day job is taking precedence right now, but I’ll get there eventually. There’s a movie lull right now in Michigan, so I’ll have time to go back through my old photos and post some of the best.
#tf3 Wandering around the set of Transformers 3 in downtown Detroit we found ourselves confronted by this guy. He was super nice to the kids who were there — telling them he was “one of the good guys” and he’d just been “fighting robots.”

#TF3 It’s important to know when to move on. It’s time. Scream 4 has left town and The Transformers have moved in, baby! I finally gave in to the urge to travel to downtown Detroit last night and see those suckers, and I wasn’t disappointed. Big alien machines, cool cars, explosions, cranky security guards. What’s not to love? More to come.
P.S. Actually crew and security were pretty cool and we were allowed to see everything that was going on AND take pictures. Scream 4 is so last week.
P.P.S. Just kidding. I still love Scream 4.
#scream4 Because I know how much people love this stuff. I’m pretty sure that the first house they filmed at in Northville is meant to be Dewey and Tatum’s parent’s house. The scoop is that Dewey and Gale have now bought the house and are renovating it. It’s amazing what you learn in casual conversation at a party in the New Hollywood.
